Return

Attach the completed Protocol (attachment below) of withdrawal from the contract to the return package. Check carefully that you have entered all the data correctly. Please carefully secure and pack the package.

NOTE!

We do not accept parcels sent to us by cash on delivery, "e-postal" service or parcel post. The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the buyer. After we accept the return, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of our acceptance of the return. Refunds are made by bank transfer, to the account specified in the return form or through the platform przelewy24
